Originally from country NSW Australia, Mickayla has lived and worked all over New Zealand since 2011, but it’s the stunning Golden Bay that has captured her heart and become her home.

As a proud mother of three active kids, Mickayla’s world revolves around their sporting lives. She’s not just the loudest cheerleader on the sidelines—she’s the coach, the organizer, and the unwavering support behind every event. Whether it’s a school performance or a weekend match, you’ll always find her there, cheering them on with boundless energy. When she’s not running BayStays, Mickayla can almost always be found at the Rec Park, immersed in her kids’ activities or connecting with the community.
